This song has three verses; one in each language and each with a different melody. In the Spanish verse, males should sing 'Soy gales' and 'y hoy estoy contento' whilst females sing, 'Soy galesa' and 'y hoy estoy contenta.'
What you need to do:
Learn one verse at a time. When learners are confident, put two languages together and then finally add the third language. You may like to split the group into three, and each group learn a verse each.
